The 92 stores and Robert Dyas website are supported by a Retail Support Centre in Wimbledon, the Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead and the Customer Support Centre in Crewe.

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To implement the content and promotional changes on the website home page, landing pages and promotional pages. To work with the digital agency to generate and implement category and site content to drive SEO visibility. To understand and report back on the performance of content to drive improvements in user journeys.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager the role will be responsible for the briefing, management and analysis of all tactical, promotional and informational content across Ensuring the site is continuously kept up to date with the latest brand and promotional assets, building landing pages and providing insight to help drive improved user journeys.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the creation, upload and maintenance of all tactical, promotional and informational content across
  • Responsible for the management and implementation of supplier funded site content
  • Act as the central point of contact regarding website content and work closely with teams across the business to ensure site content is optimised and up to date
  • Work with the marketing planning and digital designers to brief and create content for the website
  • Work with the digital agency in briefing and creating category and site content to enhance both user experience and SEO visibility
  • Work with trading teams to optimise product and category content
  • Work with the PR and copywriting team to produce useful buying guides and non-product content
  • Analysis and optimisation of site content to ensure the performance of content and to drive improvement in the user journey
  • Report back to the business on site and content performance and user engagement

  • Experience with website CMSs and/ or other content management tools
  • Experience with producing and implementing content for SEO
  • Experience at analysing and optimising content
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop would be a benefit
