Supervisor - London

You'll be the right-hand person to the Assistant Manager and Store Manager, helping to run the show and take on the responsibility when they're not around. Like everyone at Robert Dyas, you'll be keen to get stuck in and help out all over the store, whether it's serving customers, dealing with deliveries or merchandising. Team motivation is key and you'll always be there leading by example and helping with colleague training. And when you're not doing that, you'll be busy cashing up and dealing with the paperwork and ensuring you have the stock in that you need.

You could be in a similar position at the moment, but you're looking for an organisation that's really going to build upon the skills you already have. Or, maybe you're an experienced Sales Assistant who's ready to take on more responsibility. Either way, you'll get the opportunity, encouragement and support you're looking for at Robert Dyas.
