This role's all about leading the team and supporting the manager. You'll be looking at your store in both a strategic and operational way. On the one hand, you'll work with the Store Manager to help maximise profitability and drive the store forward. But on the other hand, you'll be right there in the thick of the action reviewing POS and merchandising, providing training and support and also acting as a focal point for colleagues in the manager's absence.
