Reporting to the Head of eCommerce

Ecommerce Marketing Strategy:

To drive both acquisition and retention for Robert Dyas. Maximising Paid Search activity, SEO, Affiliate programmes, Display Advertising and CRM.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Digital Marketing team to ensure KPI’s are achieved
  • Drive Sales and ROI in all Paid Digital Channels
  • Ensure all timelines for digital activity are achieved
  • Work with Offline Marketing Team to ensure brand consistency and brand marketing campaigns are executed across all digital channels
  • Build new relationships with external suppliers to drive traffic
  • Test new digital channels and explore new areas of opportunity
  • Build a personalised CRM function to ensure Robert Dyas are targeting customers with relevant products and offers
  • Analyse the performance of all digital channels
  • Work with the trading team on identifying top selling products and how they can be further improved
